The leadership of Brandon is almost as diverse as the congregation, with leaders volunteering from within our membership to serve alongside our minster. The group meet on a monthly basis to give oversight and direction to the church. They may also make recommendations and reports to the bi-monthly church members meetings, where the members help to discern next steps and have the final authority on the decisions made in the church.

Our leaders are responsible as our charity trustees, for the overall safety and governance of our church community. They chair meetings, give their professional insights and ensure we carry out the purposes of the church. We meet as leaders every month except December and August.
